The management of the organization lies with the following executive committee members. They are involved in planning, preparation, implementing, monitoring and evaluating projects and programmes depending on their areas of specialization. Besides, several other experts from national and international organizations will be involved whenever required.

Prof. S. Venku Reddy [President & Executive Director] is an Agricultural Extension Specialist with over three decades of experience in teaching, research and extension work connected with rural development. He worked in various positions as Professor, Advisor and Consultant to different national and international organizations including the Work Bank. He has been instrumental in initiating participatory rural development initiatives in a number of African Countries with success.

Dr. (Ms.) C. Beena [Vice President] is a Psychologist with long standing experience in teaching and research. She has also been involved in training entrepreneurs and designed and conducted programmes in the area of Behavioural Modifications. She has conducted research on socially disadvantaged populations. She is associated with Banking Service Recruitment Board as a personnel expert.

Mr. S. Nanda Kumar Reddy [Secretary] is a Political Scientist and adult educationist with over 25 years of experience in business management and rural development. He is engaged in managing large-scale information systems.

Dr. S. Jayarama Reddy [Treasurer] is a Communication Specialist with specialization in farm leadership and communication networks. He is also a law graduate, trained journalist and expert in public relations. He has more than two and half decades of experience of teaching, training, research and extension. He has top-level administrative experience at the State Government Secretariat.

Mr. Mathew Jayaparakash [Joint Secretary] is an Engineer with over 30 years experience in different organizations including Road Transport Corporation. He has experience of working abroad for about 25 years in Government and private organizations engaged in civil and mechanical works.

Dr.V. Raghunathan [Advisor] is a Plant Protection Specialist with over 30 years of experience in teaching, training and administration. He has been closely associated with training of staff and farmers. He implemented several integrated pest management programmes in the country in collaboration with FAO. He has participated in several workshops and seminars both within the country and abroad. He was instrumental in formulating all India Five years Plan on plant protection.

Professor Y.R. Haragopal Reddy [Executive Member] is a Legal Expert with specialization on bonded labour systems. He has over two decades of experience in teaching, and he is also associated with legal aid and legal literacy campaigns. He is a member of Indian Law Institute, Indian Centre for Humanitarian Law and Research and Indian Institute of Public Administration besides being the Dean of Faculty of Law at Acharya Nagarjuna University. At present, he is Rector of Acharya Nagarjuna University, Guntur, A.P. India.

Mr. T. Krishna Sudham [Executive Member], Dairy Technologist, is presently working as Deputy General Manager, APIC (Eureka Forbes), Hyderabad. He is deeply interested in Agricultural and Social Development Programmes.
